Thai stocks opened down 0.14% at the start of trade this morning. The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index opened at 1,700.31 points, down 2.32 points from Tuesday’s close. The trade value was 2.76 billion baht, with 516.64 million shares traded. The SET50 index opened at 1,082.25 points, down 1.54 points, or 0.14%, with a total trade value of 1.2 billion baht. The MAI index went up 4.71 points or 0.85% to stand at 561.25 points, with total transaction value of 102.04 million baht.
